Friendly and helpful staff. They have a great app that keeps members informed of classes, offers and operating hour changes due to weather conditions. All around positive experience! I always look forward to going there! Very happy to have such a nice place to work out that is close to home

Damien has been top notch Fitness instructor/ trainer for years. I took his circuit and boot camp classes back in Milford. Now he has his own place. I love his gravity classes with straps on Saturday right after Sandy's incredible total body workout. Good decent knowledgeable
My husband and I (both in our low-mid 70s) took a 3 month membership for our stay in the area this summer. We went to various classes almost every day/evening and loved them. The instructors are friendly, supportive, and skilled. We not only enjoyed ourselves, but we made significant strides in our fitness levels. We look forward to coming back next summer!
Great Gym, we visited Milford last week and needed to hit a gym as a break from running and biking through the woods, Damien and staff were very nice and my wife and I got a great workout! Enjoy Autumn. - P
