As a single female, Flair has made it easier for me to live here in the Poconos.
This is a nice little privately owned hardware store that sells everything from lumber and building supplies to general hardware. Their prices can be quite a bit higher than the national chains but that's the cost of shopping local.
Cashier was extremely rude to my 15 year old who thought the garbage can out front was for garbage. I have made a habit of shopping this store as they have been around for ever... even with the disorganized and dusty shelves, I have always found the atmosphere to be friendly. Using profanity in front of other customers when describing what was an honest mistake and making a kid feel like a piece of dirt is enough to ensure I will never buy another thing from your store!
Just a great little hardware store where the people know what they have and care about you getting what you need.
The young gals who work there are not only impressively and extremely knowledgeable about the business, but lovely & pleasant.
The folks at Flair have been the most helpful since my move to Milford 8 yrs ago. If I have an issue, or a question, or a problem, they have an answer or solution for me. The entire staff is so helpful and patient as I explain the "doo hicky" I need.
Since moving from Queens to Milford, I have always been happy with my experience here. The woman who works there has always been extremely helpful when it came to my bathroom sink bursting and I needed a part to when I needed new deadbolts. I am happy that Flair is in the neighborhood and always know I will be helped when walking through the door.
